Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package of mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and Alfredo sauce.
- Take a mozzarella stick and wrap a portion of the chicken and bacon mixture around it.
- Repeat until all mozzarella sticks are filled.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each filled mozzarella stick in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the mozzarella stick bombs in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to prevent sogginess.
- Experiment with different fillings like spinach or other cheeses.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
