- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Optional: Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
For a crispy finish, try using an air fryer at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
