Description

Tender chicken breasts with a crispy Parmesan coating, drizzled with a rich garlicky sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Optional: Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

For a crispy finish, try using an air fryer at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
