A delicious and easy recipe for crispy garlic parmesan fries made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until evenly coated.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and cheese to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
