Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the blanched broccoli and cauliflower to the pot and mix well.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and stir until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a non-dairy alternative.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
