Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the blanched broccoli and cauliflower to the pot and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and stir until melted and creamy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
