- 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup persimmon jam
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie cheese on a baking dish.
- Spread the persimmon jam evenly over the top of the brie.
- Drizzle honey over the jam and sprinkle with chopped rosemary and walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, use a ripe persimmon for the jam.
- Feel free to substitute the walnuts with pecans or almonds if desired.
