Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
  5. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the cranberry orange glaze by combining cranberries, orange juice, honey (or maple syrup), and orange zest in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Cook until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
