- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- Zest of 1 orange

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, water, and corn syrup. Stir until combined.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Bring the mixture to a boil. Monitor it until it reaches 240°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut the candy into desired shapes and roll them in powdered sugar to coat.
- Allow to dry for a few hours before serving.
