Deliciously creamy cheesecake swirls with a hint of cinnamon and sugar, inspired by Hawaiian flavors.

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, flour, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Fold in crushed pineapple and shredded coconut into the cheesecake mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Make sure to drain the pineapple well to avoid excess moisture.
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
