- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

- 4 cups mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and let the gravy thicken.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the mushroom gravy.
- Serve the chicken and gravy over a bed of mashed potatoes.
