Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup cherry chips
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and cherry chips into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fill each muffin cup with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
