- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup cherry chips
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and cherry chips into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill each muffin cup with the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense cherry flavor, add more cherry chips.
- These bites can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
