  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
