Instructions

- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop small portions of the potato mixture and form them into balls.
- Gently place the puffs into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, flipping to cook both sides.
- Remove the puffs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
