Cheesy Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna, featuring rolled pasta filled with a creamy cheese mixture and topped with marinara sauce and melted cheese.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, spread a portion of the cheese mixture on it, and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked ground meat or vegetables to the cheese mixture for added flavor.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
