Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese, crab meat, garlic, and parsley.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until just combined.
