Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the corn to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the corn and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
