- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Cooking spray
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing mix until well-blended.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit to about a 3-inch width.
- Place about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
- Place the stuffed biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
