Description

Delicious Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bombs filled with tender chicken, creamy cheese, and zesty buffalo sauce, wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Cooking spray
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing mix until well-blended.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit to about a 3-inch width.
  5. Place about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  7. Place the stuffed biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
