  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, combine seafood stock, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Whisk in flour until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add cooked seafood and mixed vegetables to the pot, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions and fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the seafood filling.
