Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  7. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the caramel layer.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture, caramel sauce, and pecans.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
