- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the caramel layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture, caramel sauce, and pecans.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use toasted pecans.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
