  • 1 Avocado, cubed

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (For garnish, optional)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Scallions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Radishes

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the English cucumbers into 1/8-inch-thick rounds.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the diced crab (or imitation crab).
  3. Next, add the cucumber slices and toss gently.
  4. Cube the avocado just before adding it to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle the mayonnaise over the mixture followed by the soy sauce.
  6. Finally, sprinkle scallions, radishes, and sesame seeds on top.

Notes

Add the avocado just before serving to maintain its texture. Customize with additional vegetables as desired.
