- 1 Avocado, cubed

- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (For garnish, optional)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Scallions
- 1/4 cup Chopped Radishes
Instructions
- Begin by slicing the English cucumbers into 1/8-inch-thick rounds.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the diced crab (or imitation crab).
- Next, add the cucumber slices and toss gently.
- Cube the avocado just before adding it to the bowl.
- Drizzle the mayonnaise over the mixture followed by the soy sauce.
- Finally, sprinkle scallions, radishes, and sesame seeds on top.
Notes
Add the avocado just before serving to maintain its texture. Customize with additional vegetables as desired.
