- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring it to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the chopped shrimp and green onions.
- Fill the egg whites with the creamy mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Lightly sprinkle paprika over the deviled eggs.
- Serve chilled.

For best results, fill egg whites just before serving to maintain freshness. Consider experimenting with different proteins for variety.
