Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring it to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for about 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them into a mixing bowl.
  5. Mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fold in the chopped shrimp and green onions.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the creamy mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  8. Lightly sprinkle paprika over the deviled eggs.
  9. Serve chilled.
