Ingredients
- Flatbreads – 4 pieces
- Sausage – 1 cup, cooked and crumbled
- Bacon – 1 cup, cooked and chopped
- Eggs – 4, beaten
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Green onions – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage and bacon until crispy. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- On each flatbread, layer the cooked sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like tomatoes or bell peppers.
- These flatbreads can be made ahead of time and reheated.
