  • Eggs – 4, beaten
  • Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
  • Green onions – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage and bacon until crispy. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. On each flatbread, layer the cooked sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese.
