Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- In serving glasses, layer the graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, lemon curd, and blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Top with additional blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Feel free to substitute other berries if desired.
