- 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press evenly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in melted dark chocolate until combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set, but the center remains slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with cherry pie filling and whipped cream before serving.
