Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
  4. Using your hands, form small mounds of the mixture on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Make an indentation in the center of each mound to create a nest shape.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, fill each nest with chocolate eggs.
