Description
A vibrant and refreshing drink made with ripe mangoes, lime, chamoy, and spicy notes, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 2 large limes
- 2 pounds frozen mangoes
- 2–3 cups water
- ¼ cup cane sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 fresh mangoes, cubed
- ½ cup chamoy
- 2–4 tablespoons chile-lime salt
- 6 tamarind candy straws
Instructions
- Prepare the garnishes: Peel and cube the fresh mangoes. In one shallow bowl, add a few tablespoons of chile-lime salt and in another, pour in chamoy for dipping.
- Blend the base: Squeeze the juice of the limes into a high-speed blender. Add the frozen mango chunks, water, cane sugar, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Rim your glasses: Dip the edges of your glasses into chamoy and then into the chile-lime salt.
- Layer your creation: Drizzle chamoy in the bottom of the glasses, pour in the mango mixture, top with additional chamoy, and finish with fresh mango cubes.
- Final touches: Garnish with drizzled chamoy, a sprinkle of Tajin, and insert tamarind candy straws. Enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for best flavor and chill all ingredients prior to blending for a refreshing drink.
