- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup pickled carrots
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into balls and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the beef balls on the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading spicy mayo on the buns, adding the cooked patties, and topping with pickled carrots, cucumber slices, and cilantro.
