- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or to taste)
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
- Shredded lettuce, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by rinsing under cold water and patting dry.
- Set up a breading station with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each shrimp in the flour, dip in egg, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas and assemble tacos with lettuce, crispy shrimp, bang bang sauce, avocado slices, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
