  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cups and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  6. Layer the pudding mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  7. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  8. Top with remaining whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
