- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cups and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
- Layer the pudding mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
- Top with remaining whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
