- 8 oz Mozzarella Balls
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs (such as basil, oregano, thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your marinade by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, and herbs in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

- Add sliced chicken on top and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
