- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and onion, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
