Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, red onion, and celery. Gently mix to preserve the avocado’s texture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and evenly blended. Adjust seasoning as desired.
