  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  2. Add the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Spoon the apple mixture over the cheese, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Repeat with the second tortilla.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
