Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Top the cheese with the apple mixture and then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Repeat with the second tortilla.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
