  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pineapple chunks for grilling
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, adobo sauce, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto skewers.
