Delicious and crispy air fryer strawberry cheesecake egg rolls filled with a creamy strawberry cheesecake mixture.

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce for dipping.
- Make sure not to overfill the egg rolls to prevent them from bursting during cooking.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
