  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and chopped strawberries until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
