- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares, about 3×3 inches.
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and fresh basil.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
