  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
  7. Place the hand pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
