- 1 cup cornmeal

- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish fillets with olive oil and then dredge them in the cornmeal mixture.
- Place the coated fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden and cooked through.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and sour cream in a bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on the tortillas and topping with slaw.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the slaw.
- Feel free to substitute the fish with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
