Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Pulse until a coarse mixture forms.
  2. Add flour and pulse again until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Brush the falafel with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. While the falafel cooks, prepare the tahini sauce by mixing tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
