  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Carefully cut the corn cobs into rib-like pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
