Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
