A delicious and healthy recipe for making crispy tofu cubes in an air fryer, perfect as a snack or addition to meals.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the marinade.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Leftover tofu can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
