Air Fryer Corn Fritters are a delicious and crispy snack made with fresh corn, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, flour, cornmeal, green onions, cheese, egg, baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix until well combined to form a batter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the basket, making sure to leave space between each fritter.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the batter.
- These fritters can be served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Leftover fritters can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
