- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine the shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the coconut and panko mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
