- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press to seal.
- Brush the tops of the wontons with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the wontons in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired.
