Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Grease the donut pan and fill each cavity with the batter.
- Place the donut pan in the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter donut, consider adding a glaze or powdered sugar on top.
