Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place a few spoonfuls of the apple mixture onto each tortilla and roll them tightly.
- Spray the taquitos with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
- Arrange the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
