- 1 cup of chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpea flour, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and mix until they are well coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
